Dr. Williams is amazing! She made me feel as if I've known her forever. It felt as if I was talking to an old friend. She took the time to explain everything concerning my health.

Most of my care was provided by a technical assistant, i.e., title unknown; most of my care was weight, vital signs, EKG. Explanation of services provided fully explained.

Dr. Williams is always very professional and a wealth of knowledge. She always includes me in decision-making care of me and listens to my concerns

I would recommend the doctor and the office but the scheduling/communication was horrible

She was nice but I felt rushed. She ask my why I was on a mediation that I'm on for tachycardia, the whole reason I was visiting a cardiologist. She was in such a hurry I had to stop her to discuss my high blood pressure

Unfortunately she's not thorough or very explanatory as the electrophysiologist of the office. She didn't explain my results in detail. Gave me a copy essentially and said looks good. Seemed to be in a rush to avoid questions or advice. Dr Bianca yoo in the office is better at listening and advising and being a patient advocate

The documents I provided apparently didn't provide the info needed. I wasn't aware all data wasn't included. I didn't get much feedback on regards to what I should do next, I pretty much summed it up myself. Dr. Williams didn't seen to care as much (as it appeared) however she did end up referring me to a pcp.
