I felt the like her tone was brisk and formal. I felt like when discussing my symptoms didn't really mattered, it was more about my Testosterone numbers to line up with my symptoms ( I have low normal T, boarder line Low)I sent outside labs via Mychart that the nurse responded to. When telling the doctor about the labs, she was unaware of them and pretty much dismissed them. I will discuss more in another comment section of my total experience.

My doctor hadn't checked the my check in online before my appointment and hadn't read the details. After two hours, the doctor came into the room and sat down on the chair and told me, "I can't be your doctor. I don't have expertise in your problem and I can't help you."Before making an appointment with my doctor, I spoke to a nurse in person at Emory Hospital and discussed my problem. The nurse told me that this doctor is the best doctor to treat you. I consulted with the nurse. After that, I made an appointment by phone with the urology department and spoke to the person on the phone about my problems and she also said that this doctor is the best doctor to treat you.

Dr Sheng was excellent. She listens well, answers my questions with great patience and expertise. She detailed a specific path forward...

I came in for a cystoscopy and we were going to discuss different treatments, but she was late and said that there was not enough time to discuss treatments. She said that I needed to make another appointment to go over the different treatments. That was very disappointing to me. Especially because I have a very small opening and I've been told that it's dangerous to Wait too long.

I would probably recommend her, but I just met her for the first time and it was a video visit.

Dr. Sheng and Resident Shong were excellent with the entire process, explaining what they were doing and what to expect.

Dr Sheng is excellent. All my questions were answered and her care was tremendous.

This all started because of gross hematuria. I would prefer a more definitive answer explaining the cause. I'm not thrilled about general anesthesia and would like to hear about alternivies with regard to the biopsies.

Michelle was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about an otherwise unpleasant circumstance

Dr Sheng went above and beyond. I was really surprised how personable she was. Made me feel at ease in discussing my issues and answered all my questions. The professionalism with her job is TOP NOTCH! Weird but at 50 and on, I wish I could see her maybe every 3-6 mos just as a follow-up.

I was confused as to why the bladder stone was not planned to be removed. The stone was discovered in a CT scan and the procedure in the office only confirmed that. It seemed to be redundant.

The first time I met Dr Sheng was in the Cystoscopy room after I was prepped by the nurse and ready for the procedure. Her mask was on and all communication was done with her face covered. Would have been much nicer to have our first encounter, when I was dressed, in the consult room, before my procedure, where the nurse checked my blood pressure etc

Dr Sheng explained everything at a level to ensure I was familiar with the strategy to ensure our next steps make sense to complete.

I feel like Dr. Sheng has a bit of the "surgeon" complex going. While she was nice and professional, as I asked questions she says "I'm the surgeon, that's a question for your nephrologist."

The specialist was not too approachable. Not taking in consideration and listening when I was saying "besides taking medicines which I want to skip, what other treatments I can have" Specialist didn't stop to listen but continue saying "when the time comes we will talk about" in a not nice tone. She repeated twice and continued with the instructions. She might know about treatments but does not have soft skills/people skills.

This was my first virtual appointment and Dr. Sheng was EXCELLENT.

Quite frankly, Dr. Sheng, Is one of the most professional physicians I have ever encountered in my life. She listened to my experiences, provided advice that made me feel confident that her recommended strategy was the right course to address and remedy my health concerns.

Dr. Sheng provided detailed explanations about my medical condition and treatment options. My difficulty is that I am a visual learner, and retaining all of the oral information was challenging. I should have made Dr. Sheng aware of that, and I should have taken notes. My fault, not hers. I have great confidence in Dr. Sheng!

The provider letter to PCP contained errors. Despite messaging the MD about them no action was taken. No response to the message either. Some lab results remain undocumented or reviewed ( perhaps pending) I am a little surprised at this standard of care.

Dr. Sheng is top tier. By far, one of the best. She performed the procedure like a true pro, and answered all questions and concerns afterwards in an open and kind manner.

I really like Dr.Cheng's approach to my condition. Make a plan, follow the plan, make adjustments to the plan when needed. I appreciate this approach.

The doctor was great, however the systematic Process Of Emory isn't good. No, I wouldn't recommend, especially if it's a senior.
