Michelle Ray is an excellent provider. -She listened and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner.-She explained what the procedure was and what the outcome I should expect.- She also examined me for my surgical procedure. She was thorough and explained what she was doing during the exam and why she was doing it.-Also she and the nurse cleaned their hands when they entered and when they left.

Very thorough and attentive!

She did little examination and because this was a surgical follow up, we asked and discussed that. However, this was not the provider who did the original surgeries that brought us here, so a bit confusing. However, she was kind and concerned and willing to provide needed referrals.

I think some lack of knowledge or poor judgement on MS Ray's part played a part here. She failed to get Dr. Oskouei to see me soon enough to prevent healing complications.

Michelle asked lots of questions to try to understand all that was going on . Finally decided on an issue that could be quickly addressed, added to PT orders, gave injection for quick relief and CT scan appointment in 2 weeks.
