Having us face to face rather than on Zoom was very important. Person to person, her real presence to me - It was so healing.

I love Dr. Cellai

She flat out said I don't know what is going on in your case and did not even try to explain anything. There was a nursing student with her (I gave permission to the student coming with her) and she reprimanded the student in front of me for not answering her questions right. It was a very uncomfortable situation for me and I can't imagine how the student felt. I rarely fill out surveys for negative experiences but this incident made me do it since it was very unprofessional.

Michele is a compassionate and skilled provider. I'm always comfortable and confident in her expert care.

She was not my primary executive health physician and had not past experience with me or my history. That was not her fault and she did a great job reviewing my needs as a primary care physician.

Excellent practice

Michele remembers my mama emotional wellbeing drops because she can't get outside as much and was discussed remedies for that. She likes a small town doctor that really knows the whole town well. She cares.

Michele Cellai is great - knowledgeable, concerned, interested & strong communicator. It's hard to lose one's physician -Dr. Masor - of 31 years even though for a good reason, ie retirement, but with Michele Cellai, I know that I'm in good hands.

I could not have been happier. To be honest, I was not expecting to have such a good experience.I had several concerns and Michele answered all questions with good logic backing up her comments. These were things that had been concerning me for some time. I was very relieved to get good solid answers.

Michele Cellai is fantastic! Really took time to listen to me because I wasn't sure what my illness was. She did not discount my recommendations for bloodwork and she ordered even more tests. What she ordered in addition to my suggestions was spot on. I didn't think I would test positive for EBV but I did. Michele's thoughtful and thorough examination was essential to diagnosing my illness. I am so glad glad she is on my care team.

My care provider was excellent. She intelligently explained her theories on the causes of my condition and thoroughly laid out my treatment options. She was courteous, friendly, and professional. I was very happy with the care I received.
