This is the third time I was seen by Michael Shibley because I was not able to get an appointment with Dr Gilbert. I noticed no difference In treatments or exam. He was very attentive and showed concern with my issues and offered treatment options. I will request an appointment with Michael if I am not able to schedule a visit with Dr Gilbert.

Michael Shibley has been my PCP for years. He always listens to my concerns, has never rushed through any of my appointments. He always asks if I have any questions and makes sure I am good before I leave the office. A few months ago I had some symptoms I wasn't overly concerned about, but he encouraged me to have further testing done which probably saved my life. He is by far the best provider I have ever seen.

Dr. Shibley is by far the BEST doctor that I have EVER encountered within my entire family of doctors In all the years we have gone to doctors. He took the time to really listen. He is genuine and truly cares about my health and well being. I did not feel rushed or stupid. I did not feel like a chart number. He made me feel like I mattered and my health was important. He is compassionate and took the time to listen and understand my issues. I am very excited about getting better and being me again and I know he will do everything in his power to make it happen.

Michael Shibley is amazing! He's so warm and friendly, and even though I don't live in the area anymore, I refuse to change doctors. They've got me for life! Also, the lady who took my blood was great (older woman with gray hair). I usually faint when I get my blood taken, and told her that, and she coached me through it so patiently and skillfully that I didn't even get lightheaded!

He has always taken the time needed for any given situation and during this visit he discovered that I had been misdiagnosed regarding my hand and explained what I had and referred me to another orthopedic specialist since the first one misdiagnosed me. He even followed up and the next day the orthopedic specialist office called to set up an appointment. I am very pleased with Dr.Shibley and he even accepted my children as patients since I don't want to go anywhere else. You have a keeper!

This was my first visit with Michael. He was recommended to me and now I understand why.

The best way I can describe my experience is like if you've only ever grocery shopped at Walmart, or eaten fast food at McDonald's and Wendy's and suddenly you find yourself at Publix or Chic Fil-a. Everyone I met was so nice and so helpful. But Michael was by far the best provider I've ever encountered. I have never had anyone ask my as many questions, be so curious, consider so many possibilities or seem truly interested in helping me sort through the mess that my symptoms feel like. When he said "I love a good mystery" I nearly cried. After having been sort of dismissed, or at least had my experiences and symptoms attributed being 43 and having three kids and needing to take a walk and meditate, to have someone notice my heart rate jumping around or feel my neck for thyroid issues, to talk about my blood work, etc felt so good. When the bar for good care is set at the ground floor of hell, and so many providers fail to even meet that standard, to have anyone seem interested feels amazing. And my experience with Michael was so so so far above that. In hindsight, I'm honestly amazed I was able to get an appointment with him as soon as I was. He is truly a gem.

Michale is hands down the absolute best care provider I have ever had! I have since brought my children to him as well as both of my parents.

I did not like his responses to my bloodwork. I want to be proactive with my health, not reactive. I don't want to wait for something to be wrong. I am not sure he is equipped to help in that area.
