Dr. Lloyd is very attentive when I ask him some questions - and I often have more than 5 questions during a visit. I also do not feel that Dr. Lloyd is rushing me through my visit in order to see his next patients. He is excellent at following-up on my requests and concerns. For example, he reminded me at the end of my visit to show him my blood test result knowing that I was concerned of my cholesterol level. (I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to remind him.) As well, I felt that it was professional on his part to address my concern as opposed to referring my question to someone else. He also proved his dependability when he called me at home (after my first visit) to let me know of the result of my blood test. Again, I didn't feel "rushed" during my phone call with him. Dr. Lloyd is also patient as he doesn't mind repeating his explanation when I asked him. Last, I didn't answer the first survey I received from you as I wanted to wait and see if I would receive the same quality of service on my second visit - I did.
