I was very knowledgeable to what were the risk , the benefits and the process of the procedure because of Dr Heit making sure that was was well informed. I had no doubt or fear in my mind when moving forward with the procedure.

I was so happy that my primary care physician had sent me to Dr Heit. He is everything I wanted to have in a doctor. I loved it that he was a well seasoned, experienced physician! He was to the point but not rushed. Gentle , inspired confidence, well articulated, explained treatment plan, I felt it was a successful visit!!!

Dr. Heit considered my priorities concerning the surgery options. He was knowledgeable and informative.I do wish that he'd been slightly more directive. I also would have liked to learn more about my risks and recovery if I were to opt for procedure(s) that allow me to retain the cervix.

Hands down the absolute best interaction with a medical provider in over 4 decades of medical care. Dr. Heit thoroughly reviewed my chart from out of state before our first visit and patiently answered every question and concern I had with images and offering clarifications. I entered the appointment scared and confused about medical history and left fully confident like I had a private tutor educating me about how, why, when, what, where, and what if's. I have incredible gratitude for the education and discussion provided. This is exactly who the medical field needs to learn from about how patient care is done! Wow!

Dr. Heit showed a genuine and vested interest in my health and in providing me with as much information as possible as well as alternatives that I was not aware existed prior to my visit. I usually struggle and must defend against certain recommendations due to being a trans/queer/nonbinary person, but Dr. Heit sincerely listened (not just heard the words, but listened) and provided immediate support. I have never felt so validated nor supported in any other clinic like this before, I was absolutely flabbergasted (in a very good way). I also always enter an OBGYN clinic feeling already stressed and high strung and typically leave at the same level or even more stressed, but I left my appointment with Dr. Heit with significantly less stress and not tensed-up at all, which was also a first.

I don't know I could have such a great experience in the care of a Dr. He took time to explain my possibilities of care. He went over each option in detail then made sure I had an understanding of these options. Then encouraged me to make the best decision for myself. He was compassionate and empathetic. His care felt genuine. And his bedside manner was what dreams are made of. I am SO GRATEFUL to have found Dr Heit. Truly. I felt 20 pounds light after our consultation and examination- like all of the doubt and stress left my body. Thank you Dr Heit

Excellent attention

First time meeting Dr Heit he won my trust by his confident demeanor

Dr. Heit was extremely rude and kept telling me to wait on any questions I had even though it was related to what he was saying. He tried to push a treatment option on me that I was not comfortable with and lacked empathy for me as I explained to him I have had a bad experience with the drugs in the past he mentioned. He tried to give me a who science lesson on endometriosis and how it grows when I already know how it grows. I don't recommend him to anybody. I left the office in tears.

Everything was good about my encounter with the Doctor except the time I had to wait for him to enter the room. He was nearby the examining room continuously talking to people
