At no point did the doctor ask about reoccurrence of outbreaks, whether I would like to have refills on the prescription which would help mitigate the next outbreak pro-actively. The doctor only gave me enough for this current outbreak...leaves me a bit frustrated since outbreaks are unpredictable and having acyclovir handy the moment I feel the outbreak happening reduces the severity substantially.

Spent quality time with me.Told me there were a couple of issues he was concerned with.Dr. Jones explained what procedures I needed, x-ray and US. And why.

The doctor would not listen and typed more on his computer than he did listening to me. I tried to talk to him and he told me to shhh.

The doctor barely looked at me. He had no true concern for me.

He spent the first 10 minutes or so on the computer without saying as much as a word to me. Then he said I'll be with you in a minute and went in to spend another 5 or so minutes on the computer. At one point I looked over and it looked as if he had fallen asleep. I continued to look for several seconds until he slowly opened his eyes and started back typing on the computer.
