When I came in ill and felt miserable during the holiday, he listened to what my conerns were and I felt at ease. I have had many doctors. At my age (69), it is sad that I can actually count 4 doctors over the years who listens or listened. He does not start telling you how you feel before you can share your health concern. Dr. Kraft is at the top of my list who is an asset to the profession. If there were more doctors like him, I truly believe we would be healthier. No one wants to be sick or have to go to a doctor, but when you do he is the type of doctor that makes you feel seen and heard.

I can always talk to Dr Kraft about my concerns about my medication and if I wanted to try something new myself over the counter whether it be a supplement or medicine I always ask for his opinion before taken it.

Dr. Kraft is great. He communicates, cares and shows compassion for his patients. If only there were away for patients to contact him by telephone directly. As I stated previously, your system for reaching a physician is horrible. Telephone contact is a disaster at best and use of your patient. Portal is only marginally better.
