Very Professional, Prompt Response

We spoke to a resident and Dr. Steuer. I asked the resident a question about the possibility my daughter's worsening condition was connected to starting a biologic. The resident was very sure the answer was "no." When Dr. Steuer came in, she said, "Yes, that is a possibility," and explained what she noticed in the lab. The resident never apologized to me for shooting down my theory or giving me inaccurate information. I appreciate physicians at all stages who lead with curiosity and who can admit when they're wrong. Wisdom is knowing when you need to ask more questions.

Excellent communication and information

This was the best doctors' appointment my kids and I have ever had! The experience was so seamless, professional, caring & pleasant for what should have been an uncomfortable experience for teenagers: freezing off warts and diagnosing & treating acne. Both Dr Steuer and her staff went above & beyond to accommodate us & give exceptional care. It's rare these days to see such caring, committed & up beat providers & staff. A++ experience all around.

I cannot express my gratitude for the entire Emory staff and Dr Steuer. She was brilliant, compassionate, and everything you could ever ask for in a doctor. She accurately diagnosed the issue - the terrible flare up that my daughter was suffering from for over 3 months cleared up within 48 hours. I wish I hadn't wasted my time with a local dermatologist back in December and had come to Emory directly. Wonderful experience. Thank you Emory!
