A diagnostic radiologist, Meng Zhang, MD, has clinical interests in radiologic-pathologic correlation, high-risk lesions and novel breast imaging modalities, and in medical education.
Dr. Zhang is an assistant professor in the Division of Breast Imaging in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Zhang earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, followed by a breast imaging fellowship at Emory University.
Dr. Zhang has received three Cum Laude awards for her first-author educational exhibits at the 2020, 2021, and 2022 RSNA annual meetings, and first-authored two RadioGraphics articles on COVID-19 vaccination-related axillary lymphadenopathy and fibroepithelial lesions of the breast. She serves on the Breast Imaging Review Panel at RSNA, the RadioGraphics TEAM editorial board, and as a reviewer for RadioGraphics.
