Dr. Kligerman, in my opinion, went above and beyond. Not only did he provide me with excellent postoperative care and instruction, he gave me the benefit of his time and advice in additional care/services concerning a search for diagnosis and a need for treatment of symptoms (non-ENT in nature). Further, having concern for symptoms/ailments unrelated to my postoperative care (the reason for the appointment), Dr. Kligerman gave what I felt to be his fullest, complete, and unhurried time and attention in addressing the issues. This assessment led to discovery/diagnosis of a minor infection, for which Dr. Kligerman prescribed a medication that has provided relief and recovery from the infection. I greatly appreciated Dr. Kligerman's willingness to spend a little extra time to listen, take a few extra steps to thoroughly evaluate and investigate my ailments (all of them), and his effort to make me fully feel cared for and fully supported!

Dr. Kligerman is extremely competent, compassionate, and communicative. He obviously is highly expert in his field, and engendered confidence. He also was very kind and compassionate, which is particularly important when dealing with cancer patients.

Dr. Kligerman is an excellent doctor/physician in the truest degree, which is to say that he demonstrates a high degree of knowledge in medicine (genius), and is very skilled in his surgical techniques ("hands" of a surgeon). With that compliment standing, I would like to further express that Dr Kligerman goes above and beyond his medical expertise and skills, providing his patients with the upmost care, support, and attention. I was especially grateful for all the time Dr Kligerman dedicated to me personally. He devoted a great amount of time and attention to ensuring that I was well informed and well prepared for my procedure. Moreover, I felt Dr. Kligerman was very well connected with what I needed personally. That is to say, he has excellent bedside presence and care.

So glad to be connected with Dr. Kligerman. I would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT specialist. He did a thorough diagnosis and eased my concerns.

Dr. Klingerman was very thorough in explaining what the procedure was the possibilities and everything. He was very specific in explaining even showing me diagrams about what to expect and what to do afterwards also how long the operation would take after explaining everything to me l felt a lot more comfortable with my decision
