The NP seemed knowledgable but was quick, rough, and when I asked questions said, "Could be". I came out worth no answers. Said my ear was red but didn't need antibiotics and my ear pain and Itching led to my tonsil and throat swelling real bad. I saw great reviews and I drive 40 minutes there. Maybe it was just me.

Martha was very through and professional.

I just felt like I was just pushed on an antibiotic again to address the issue instead of getting down to the root problem of why I keep contracting strep throat so much. This was my 4th occurrence in 4 months. I don't like taking antibiotic to just cover this issue, I want to heal my body so I don't keep getting this illness. I tried to ask if there was a way to going around the Paradise criteria to have my tonsils removed, because I'm not comfortable continually taking these antibiotics. But I was basically told no because insurance wouldn't cover it. Having worked in the medical field previously, know that there a loopholes to things. I just would have liked more options than another round of medication.

Martha Ryan is an exceptional care provider. However, I was in agreement to let a trainee try to perform my endoscope. It was a bad experience, and though I know training is needed, I would not agree to it on me anymore. Martha took over when it was apparent I was in distress from the procedure and it went smoothly after that.

As with every visit, Martha is caring, compassionate and professional. She is the best medical professional I have ever dealt with.
