I've recommended my doctor to someone as soon as I left her office.

I found it odd that she didn't do a breast exam during the full body examination during a yearly check up. This is the only place that I've been that doesn't do one. I also felt like when I brought up concerns with my weight, the natural response was to improve diet and exercise. I've done that, we're past that point.

My Doctor was understanding of my health and offered good solutions.

The service was great I would recommend to many of my friends, near and far.

Dr Lytani Wilson is THE BEST. She took time to listen to my past history and current experience with my illness. She quickly determined the best way to provide me with Care, and she also took the time to walk me through some alternatives to help prevent my ailment in the future. I have already recommended her to my co-workers. She took such amazing care of me.

This is my first time seeing her. So she doesn't know anything about me but it was very distant. Cold almost but again I don't know her she doesn't know me. I was the first patient for her that day. So I can't call her buddy buddy she didn't really do anything just pressed my stomach looked in my ears and that's it I don't know how that's called a physical but okay so I can't say I can recommend her or I can't recommend her cuz again she's new to this location but it was a cold feeling

Honestly, though my concerns and my issues were somewhat minor, it felt as though I was just being processed and the Dr was more concerned with getting me out of the office asap. Labs were ordered and they processed me out quickly. The reason I had a bad experience is the Dr didn't even seem to know that their lab could not process my tests. They took the Urine sample and then sent me to another lab for the blood work. As I waited two days for all my test results to come in, two days later I received a message on my portal from Dr Lytani Wilson, informing me that their lab was not able to process my Urine sample for the test, and that I needed to go find another lab to do that. This was TWO DAYS later! How is it that the Dr doesn't know what their lab can and cannot do? I tried writing back with questions on what I should do and received a "out of office" notification. I am at a loss. Today I am going to call other labs and HOPE that my test is still in the system and I can still get that done. I don't even understand how they wouldn't have known that I needed to do the Urine sample/test at another lab, and also why did I find out two days later? I am going to keep a close on my bill and make sure I wasn't charged for that test as well. I am concerned and distrustful at this point.

Dr. Wilson shared her ideas and attitudes towards treatment and I appreciated that very much. I feel better, feeling like she will help me resolve on going health issues

I love seeing Dr. Wilson. She is very thorough and even though I just started seeing her in the last few months, she is very familiar with my records and explains things keeping me informed and including me in decision making.

Actually "very good" is not a high enough rating for this practice or Dr. Wilson. I am totally in love with my experience! On an overall scale of 1-10, I rate is a 50!

Extremely professional, easy to talk with.

The provider began our visit in a seemingly bad mood and rolled her eyes as soon as she walked into the room. The overall tone during our interaction was that she was unsympathetic about my health concerns and condescending. She asked me questions multiple times without listening to my answers, and was somewhat argumentative about semantics when I was describing my symptoms. She was dismissive about the pain level I was experiencing (I compared the pain to childbirth and she called it a "little bug"). She immediately went to ordering labs and meds without drawing correlations to additional symptoms that would have ruled out a need for these tests. She didn't ask relevant questions that would have helped with diagnosis, and instead over explained simple concepts such as fevers and the process of diagnosis. Additionally, she was wearing some sort of perfume or fragrance that triggered a headache, and I have marked in my chart that I have an extreme chemical/fragrance intolerance. I left our appointment feeling worse than when I arrived.
