I was very impressed by her ability to help me understand my possible condition and how it was important to get a clear picture to properly diagnose and treat me properly! It was good to know that this might be my last Colonoscopy appointment needed because I am 70 years old. Unless I have rectal bleeding or severe abdominal pain! It was very informative. I respect her opinion!

I was rather concerned about what was going on. She did an excellent job of talking me through the exam and reassuring that everything would be ok. I feel much better having met with her and establishing the relationship so if I have problems in the future I have a good resource for care.

Dr. Luz was prompt, professional and engaging. She asked and allowed me to respond to questions. Also listened and followed up accordingly. Provided me with ease as to her years of experience in the field of care but didn't make me feel as if mine was routine. I look forward to receiving top tier care from Dr. Luz and her team.

Physician seemed very rushed and impatient. Seemed annoyed by me asking questions and didn't always give thoughtful answers. I have a medical background but despite that she continued to talk to me as if I didn't understand what I was talking about. Makes me question how good the medical advice was for my particular situation, will be seeking a second opinion.

The provider rushed through the initial evaluation and immediately jumped to conclusions that my previous providers had not even gotten remotely close to. The initial recommendation was far too extreme and well beyond the typical standard of care for my condition. I was extremely disappointed, and had lost all confidence in the providers ability to understand my unique situation.

April 24, 2024 I went to her office for a post op evaluation. Dr. Angel could not tell me the actual cause of my issue and reiterated she didn't know. She recommended I see her colleague for a 2nd opinion. The purpose of having the EUA was for a thorough exam and to identify the issue. This procedure costs thousands of dollars and I am walking away in a worst condition than how I arrived. Dr. Angel told me that I began bleeding during the exam because my anal tissue was dry, thin and cracks easily and moving forward I need to let future doctors know to be careful when spreading and examining my anal area. During the EUA, I believe I wasn't treated with the level of delicacy Dr. Angel is recommending and because of this, I am still experiencing abnormal pain, bleeding and spasms from a simple EUA. My job as a yoga and dance instructor, has been effected tremendously because I struggle doing simple tasks like walking, standing, sitting or being active at all.
