Dr. Harstsell has great bedside manner. She was efficient and thorough with my appointment. She communicated complex medical issues with ease and was very knowledgeable. She has made a significant positive impact on my health even though my case is a little complex and has required multiple follow up appointments after surgery.

Have already made a recommendation to a friend, will do so in the future.

Dr. Hartsell is always very attentive of my needs and getting them taken care of.

Just being honest they only want you to come for 3 or 4 visits before treating you and don't care what you're going through to get there. She had us wait 4 hours to be seen, didn't come up with a solution and rejected every option I chose that they gave me.

Dr. Hartsell has always been excellent for me. She is very kind, thoughtful, and patient; ready to listen and answer every question. During my visit, she helped me with my issue and made suggestions and offerings I hadn't considered that would also be very helpful.

Dr. Hartzell spent a lot of time with me going through my problems. Then she helped me make follow-up appointments for procedures.

There is no amount of words that I can use to express my feelings to have Dr. Hartsell treating my problem. I truly believe that certain people are anointed with a GOD given talents, and I will forever be grateful to her for agreeing to treat my condition. She Is a special Doctor and deserves any and all recognition that may be bestowed to her.

Doctor seemed to be rushing, and I didn't get a chance to ask all my questions because she said that she was going to get a tube for me, never returned, but sent in nurse, who just gave me the tube, per instructions, and left.

Really appreciated the doctor filling in for my sick PA to remove my drainage line. I would have been very upset if I had to keep it in longer!

Sometimes I leave still wondering about an issue but it's half my fault and half theirs. But sometimes I am informed after the fact. Like I had requested a catheter and during surgery she placed it. Any other time I had a catheter I was good even for 6 mo. But it's her policy to change it every month. I did not know that. I live 3 hrs away and have to get a ride so making several or extra apt is an issue. I would not have wanted an apt if I knew I needed to comeback every month extra not during my regular apt. That's an extra on top of cath change.
