Lauren Taylor, PA was great! She assessed my injured ankle, explained what she thought was the primary problem, and included my input to make sure I was on board with her recommendations. Ms. Taylor asked me if I had any questions or concerns after we agreed on a treatment plan. She was a caring provider, very respectful, and she looked me in the eyes when she discussed all of this with me. I liked her bedside manner.

This was a great experience and I sure appreciate it.

The Physical Therapy provider list I was given is out of date. The facility I attempted to contact (Emory's Decatur/Sycamore provider) is not in operation, and my phone calls were incompetently re-routes by Emory's switchboard operators to non-working phone numbers. The list and the switchboard operators were the problem, not Lauren Taylor.

While my provider is excellent I might hesitate recommending the particular place where I was seen. Receptionists at the physical therapy check-in were rude leaving a bad impression of Emory's concern for its patients. When I went to the main desk to schedule an appointment as advised no one was there. After waiting I had to search for help
