Ms. Pankowski care and concerns for my damaged right knee was a great professional experience where showed me the problems with my knee then she offered wonderful recommendations on what I need to do in order to keep my knee at the lowest pain possible until I have my revision surgery.

Dr. Pankowski is a lovely person, but I just don't feel my issue is being properly addressed. I changed PA's because the first one didn't listen at all, and I had to keep complaining before she asked if I wanted an MRI. Turns out I had several issues that had nothing to do with her diagnosis. She even prescribed paid meds without checking my current medications. The pharmacist had to tell me I could not take the paid med with my anxiety med.

Miss Laura (Pankowski) exhibited all eagerness,Joy and interest in engaging with me in my concerns, my care, my procedures (THAT MOMENT), and then even toward THEEND of my visit considered (if it weren't too late & the Radiology folk had left for the day) to do 2 radiology exams of bothKNEES. Miraculously, she got them to do it, get her the results and we looked at them and she discussed them with me.Amazing !
