Laura Cheng was amazing from our very first meeting she genuinely showed that she cared about my concerns. After my divorce I had to find a new Endocrinologist, a primary and coverage. The whole process was frustrating and my new insurance denied a prescription that I was already taking for a year. That denial left me without medication for almost 2 months. From the moment I met Laura Cheng she listened to my story confirmed my needs and went to bat for me. Now I am back on track and doing better. Laura Cheng's bedside manner is excellent, this is why I call her my doctor. Thank you so much, you are very much appreciated!

Np Laura cheng is one of the best. I wasn't able to see my endocrinologist who is the absolute best and I was worried that a different provider would not understand my medical history. Mrs. Cheng proved me wrong. Not only was she familiar with my extensive medical history, she provided care and guidance and assured me that as a team we would help me get better. I was fortunate to have Mrs. Cheng and her nurse.

Very attentive and helped with finding assistance with getting much needed medications.

I met with my doctor and eventually, during that appointment, she spoke to a surgeon who came to the room I was in and we spoke on surgical options and whether or not I was a candidate for a surgical procedure. They were all really caring (at least they appeared to be and not only answered my questions, but gave thorough explanations If what to expect pre and post surgery, game me contact information on physical therapist options and when to start going to PT. I felt well Informed, my questions/concerns were handled well, and I made a choice with their excellent advice on my next few options for treatment. I've always felt good whenever I've had surgery In Emory.

I truly appreciate that my provider listens to my concerns and collaborates with me to find the best solution. I don't feel like another number with this provider team and that is hard to find.

I was not instructed on the use of the pen and needles were not included in the prescription. I was in rural Alabama after the visit and had to find a local drug store and beg for pens.
