My PA Laura Dean was fantastic -- she explained everything as she went along and I was grateful for that information. Plus she has a warm, nurturing personality and made me feel very comfortable. She also had to work me into her schedule as I had a long delay finding the right location within Emory Midtown campus -- so she was very nice to do that for me (would have been worse if I had had to reschedule and come back).

PA Dean is rather brusque and didn't provide much information about the potential side effects of the biopsy. I experienced significant discomfort after the biopsy, which was a surprise because she didn't explain that might be the case.

She was thorough in her examination; she was interested in my experiences after surgery; she made suggestions for mitigating salivary problems I am still having; she is eager to monitor what lies ahead. She is a true professional. Excellent in every way.

Loved the set up with the monitor positioned so that I was able to view the ultrasound while the procedure was being performed. Additionally appreciated Ms Dean's technique to numb the area. I was very comfortable.
