I have already told all my girlfriends how much I love my gyno. Unfortunately for them, they don't have any reproductive health issues so they don't qualify for her, but any of my friends who do, I send them to her. She really has helped me feel so much better about living with endometriosis and adenomyosis. She is amazing and I always leave feeling heard. This appointment was not exception. Left with an surgery scheduled for the following day, which was urgently needed. I am so incredibly grateful the stars aligned and she could do it and not a random er or on call gyno I do not know. I didn't want surgery at first but I was in so much pain. She really laid out all my options and said it was my choice. I felt validated and am so very glad we did the surgery. She is honestly the best!!!!!

Dr. Laura Ramirez-Caban is not only an excellent physician she is also excellent at taking care of her patients and making them feel like a human being. She goes into great detail, she prepares, she asks, intelligent questions that not many other doctors will ask, truly conveys how much she cares about the patient and their concerns/pain. Someone give this woman a raise!

I usually have a hard time feeling comfortable around doctors. Dr Ramirez Was wonderful she gave me the confidence to know that you know decisions were mine and I could decide she gave me the pros and cons of each decision she was wonderful.

Dr. Caban takes very good care of me as a patient. She answered all my questions and referred me for additional treatment that was needed. Excellent Doctor.

Ive already recommended Dr. Ramirez-Caban as well as Emory OB/GYN to anyone and everyone who will listen. The level of care i've received here is better than anywhere else i've been. No gaslighting, no guilt tripping, no dancing around the issue. Dr Ramirez-Caban reviewed my chart, asked me questions and told me why she was asking them, educated me, took my pain seriously and got me the results I wanted and needed. I am so thankful to have a care team that listens! Not only was she providing excellent medical services but she also respected my gender identity and had such a welcoming energy. She was enthusiastic and caring and helpful and that's all I could ask for and more.

Dr Ramirez Caban acknowledged the schedule and was apologetic. She was completely focused and present during the entire visit. She listened very deeply and provided excellent and thorough options and information for each. I was incredibly impressed with her bedside manner. A fantastic physician who I would recommend to anyone who seeks OBGYN care.

The doctor was VERY good! She had glanced at my chart before the appointment, which made for a more informed starting off point for the visit. She listened actively and carefully to the answers I gave to the questions I posed. She saw that I was understanding what she was saying when she explained the possible causes of the health issue I sought to address in my visit, and she very clearly explained possible treatment plans for what I could possibly have - starting with the most likely thing to the least likely thing, and from least invasive treatments to most invasive/last recourse.

I liked the knowledge and intelligence Dr. Ramirez displayed during my visit. I think she is a little "cutesy". I would have like a little more professionalism. Having said that I think she is capable.

Dr. Ramirez may be young, but she acts as if she is old-school. She takes her time explaining how the procedure went, had my pathology. Operative report and u/s photos for me so I could see the before and after. I would refer anyone to her in a heart beat. And, I hope I have her as my gynecology for a long time.
