The Dr sent me for an X-ray next door to diagnose my ankle pain at 4:30 yesterday. It Is now 10:15 am the next day and there Is nothing In My Chart and we haven't heard anything as of this time.

I had a recent family issue that caused me alot of anxiety. Dr Shuler listened to me and was very helpful.

Dr Shuler seems to be a really nice man. My only feedback is that he did not really take great history of my health issue or explain a course of action for diagnosis and treatment. I got test results and didn't get a call. Instead, I had to send an email to ask what they meant. I got a timely response, but I am kind left feeling like I am on my own to figure out what is going on. I made an appointment with a specialist on my own.

Every appointment is less than three minutes. What is the purpose of the appointment if the medication has not changed? This takes unnecessary time out of my day, as the wait time is typically over 30 minutes for a three-minute appointment.

He listens, which is very important to me.

The doctor read from a list on the computer of questions which needed to be answered. I tried not to elaborate on my answers because it would take up more time. This doctor follows the script and not much beyond. Hard to say why he's late.

Dr. Shuler and his nurse,Takeda, are always attentive and courteous. My questions are addressed in a timely manner, and options explained. (They're the only reason I put up with the frustrating waste of time it takes to reach this practice. )

I recently had a general checkup with Dr. Shuler, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Shuler's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided thorough explanations for each of my questions. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood everything about my health and the steps I could take to maintain it. His approachable demeanor made it easy to discuss any issue, no matter how small.The checkup was comprehensive, covering all aspects of my health. Dr. Shuler's attention to detail and genuine care for his patients set him apart from other doctors I have visited in the past. I can't imagine a better doctor than Dr. Shuler. He listens well. He educates me one options. He checks any problems I have thoroughly. He tries to work with lifestyle and diet and exercise before resorting to prescriptions or procedures. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr Shuler is very empathetic and listener. I've been going to Emory for over 20 years. My doctor was on leave. I have continued to stick with Dr Shuler. Jist a nice guy all around.

I really like Dr. Shuler, however I feel like the pressure at the practice to see as many patients as possible and as quickly as possible degrades the level of care. Often, I feel rushed and answer questions quickly, only to remember later on that I had something I wanted to discuss. At a minimum, you should at least get 15 minutes with the Doctor without feeling like you're on an assembly line. Also, I can never see the Doctor when I'm sick, only for "well visits" booked very far in advance. I usually have to go to a Walgreen's or CVS clinic when I'm actually sick. This is an issue and my wife has already left the practice due to problems in trying to book appointments. I may be leaving as well if things don't improve. The only reason I'm still around is that I like Dr. Shuler.

Dr. Shuler is an excellent listener. He take the time to get to know me and is genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. Definitely an asset to the medical profession.
