Laercio DaSilva, MD is a medical oncologist who specializes in caring for patients with lung cancer, thymic tumors and mesothelioma. He earned his medical degree from the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo in Brazil. He completed his internal medicine residency at Irmandade Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo in Brazil and MetroWest Medical Center/Tufts University School of Medicine in Framingham, Massachusetts. He subsequently completed his medical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland where he served as chief fellow in his final year.
