Lacey was attentive to my list of concerns, helped me overcome them, and sent me on my way with a good plan of action. She was friendly, competent, and a pleasure to work with.

PA Lacy not only answered my questions and all my concerns she explained my results and the standard of care that is received as I start receiving mammograms, which was not explained to me following my first mammogram.

Lacey King is the best provider I've ever worked with and sets the standard for how healthcare should be. I feel so grateful to have her on my care team.

I'm an anxious person when it comes to health concerns, and Lacey helped me navigate my worries and eased my anxiety throughout this visit and my last one 6 months ago. She listens carefully, provides clear explanations, and even adjusted my screening plan based on the concerns I raised. She has excellent bedside manner, a calming presence, and is extremely professional. I am so grateful that Lacey is my provider and would definitely recommend her.

Lacey is absolutely the best provider at Emory

I don't like that Dr. Graham has left, but Dr. Lacey understood this and took the time to help me shift my mind over to needing to see someone new. I have some cognitive processing difficulties sometimes and that and the autism can make it really hard for me to keep the anxiety in control. Added to that, I was still scared because of some worrying tests, and nervous at having to go somewhere new to see a new person. Dr. Lacey really listened to me and she explained things clearly with a great 'feel' for the level of complexity I could understand and retain. I don't like it, obviously, when people talk over my head, but it's also not much fun when they treat me like I'm stupid because I am struggling to follow what they're saying. I was very relieved that Dr. Lacey is not like that. She probably spent more time with me than you all would like, but do keep in mind that as I build up that trust and can feel comfortable with the care I'm receiving, I won't need so much time. I'm doing my best, and I feel very grateful that Emory is always willing to do their best by me also, with such good medical people and support staff.

I'd rate Lacey 5+++ if that was an option. As a RN it was comforting knowing that I was treated as a patient. I felt Lacey really had genuine concern about my wellbeing.

The doctor did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and serving me promptly.

This visit was a second-opinion visit due to a lump in my breast. As an older American, I am starting to experience the invisibility that seems to come with aging. However, I felt very good with PA Lacey's demeanor, professionalism and knowledge. I left feeling that my care would be taken seriously.

Lacey King is a great PA

I generally avoid PA's, because historically, they have always gotten it wrong. However, I looked forward to not just my appointment with Lacey, I enjoyed it! Her warm smile lights up the room and her bedside manner is perfect. She has an amazing way of making me feel like we are long-time girlfriends and am the only patient in the world she is caring for; that can't be taught. Lacey's professional skills are the perfect complement to her personality. Lacey listened VERY PATIENTLY to my EXTREMELY COMPLEX medical history (since our last appointment). We then developed our action and treatment plan as Lacey shared medical knowledge about potential medications, advice about potential treatments and studies to support her medical advice. She met my requests in real time to look at my previous breast studies and even put images over time, side by side for me to see, as well as pulling up stock medical images as another point of reference for me. Lacey's time with me is so deeply appreciated. Please let her Supervisor(s), MD's know she should be recognized for delivering truly exceptional service. She and Denise are a dynamic duo. Emory surgical oncology is lucky to have them!

Going to see an Oncologist is a very difficult appointment to have however, speaking with Lacey was as if I was speaking a friend that I had not seen in a while (this was my first visit).I prefer to see a Physician Assistant because I spent a number of years being a Medical Assistant and I know that they confer with a Medical Doctor. The level of care Is more personal than just 1) greet the patient 2) treat the patient 3) street the patient.Lacey provided me great care, listening and the only thing that was missing Is a cup of tea with a new friend. Lacey I wish and pray for ALL then best for you, your family and your practice.If you ever leave please let me because I will follow. Best wishes always
