I am so very pleased when I see Kyle Tucci she is so on top of everything explains everything if I have questions she listens. She gives me the advice I need. I think she's wonderful. She's a great physicians, assistant lover, and I trust her care inevitably

There are no bad experiences with Kyle. While I might have a big problem, it certainly isn't because of her. She's attentive, well-informed, concerned, compassionate & fully competent. I'm not the easiest patient to deal with & I couldn't give any higher praise.

In scenarios where I don't understand or ask for additional information before making a decision, she has never made me feel rushed or foolish. Ms. Tucci takes time to ensure I am informed and have a well rounded understanding, never imposing or attempting to force an opinion. At the same time, Ms. Tucci clearly shares and explains risks and potential rewards, enabling me to make an educated, informed decision.

Kyle Tucci, NP is wonderful! I feel like I'm in very good hands with her. She listens carefully to my symptoms and concerns. She's very personable.

The HCP was very nice and listened to me about my symptoms. However, I have not been feeling well for a month and the provider didn't put me at ease with the final diagnosis or plan for treatment. She requested for me to adjust diet and follow-up in another month. A month feels like a long time to wait after already having been a month with constant daily diarrhea and stomach discomfort. Maybe following up in a week or two would have made me feel better cared for. She didn't ask my current diet, which Is similar to what she suggested I do. I still feel unwell throughout the day and waiting another month with this pain does not feel great. I felt like she just brushed me off and pushed me away for month. I would have preferred doing some bloodwork, tests, imaging to rule out issues and have better peace of mind or some answers or to have some options to decide which path to take. I hate to leave a negative review. The HCP seemed really nice, I'm just not feeling well. She did mention that I could message her on mychart, which I did and she responded promptly, which was great.

She was very helpful, and asked me again, Was there anything else I needed before she left out?
