Always prepared before visit. Answers questions thoroughly and in language that is accessible for a lay person. Professional, courteous, and a very, very good doctor!

It was evident that Dr. Torres read my entire chart before my appointment and I appreciate that. She listened to me and asked questions that were relevant to my care. She made suggestions without being pushy. My opinion is that she is a good doctor.

No better doctor - attentive, thoughtful, intelligent, patient and knowledgeable - Unfortunately, although I have happily found such a wonderful doctor, she's being moved to a location that will be difficult and expensive for me to visit so I may have to leave her after just finding her.

Dr. Torres is pro-active and have reviewed all my medical records from the past. Has recommended changes in treatment to better my health. She is moving to a new clinic and my wife and I plan to move with her. However, it is a larger clinic and I am concerned about wait times once the move is complete for future appointments.

She listened to all my concerns, which is a long list as it was my first time seeing them and just moved in from out of state. At the end of my visit I still had to answers and no follow up. I messaged on the My chart app and never heard back. I have been in pain for weeks. I thought I had a kidney stone and I do have a bunch in my kidneys, but not sure what the pain is now. I have to answers and have been walking around with pain for 3 weeks.

Dr. Torres was not rushed. She was patient, informative and very helpful. She listened.

Dr Torres was mostly concerned about making sure I hadn't had a stroke or aneurism, and wasn't interested in understanding why I was still having headaches.

Dr. Kyle Torres is a wonderful doctor and I trust her to take care of me and my health.

Dr Torres reviewed changes in medication, request for change in medication due to side effects, made recommendations for changes in medication to address new issues request that I try to get in to see my neurologist before my current July date and set up schedule for xray for back pain.

Dr. Torres is the best! She is an active listener, highly intelligent, and is very thorough in ensuring I will stay healthy. I look forward to moving with her to the new Emory clinic.

Dr. Torres is always fully present for every appointment I have had with her. She listens to my input and answers all of my questions. She never rushes me through the appointment. I couldn't be happier with the care I receive.

Dr. Torres is the best physician I have ever had. I deal with a few chronic conditions and she has been my saving grace. She is attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly, she actually listens to me. It's the collaboration with my physician that means the most, especially when my experience with male physicians has been dismissive in the past.

Dr. Torres had come highly recommended, and with good reason. She seamlessly understood the connections between my own medical specifics and the larger context in which they exist. It was very important to me that this dynamic be appreciated and was never a challenge during our time together.

Dr. Torres is wonderful!!! She was a patient listener, she answered my every question with a full explanation, she agreed to consult with my regular PCP and get back with me on an open issue about my sleep duration and how to remedy it, she adjusted my medications and we had frank discussions about some chronic health issues. I later read her Clinical Notes and she very accurately captured and processed all that we discussed. In my experience, this can't be said about many of her colleague. She is a fine Physician in my book and I'm glad she's at Emory.

Really liked Dr. Torres and how she handled my medical problems.

The visit with Dr. Torres was satisfactory, and there were no concerns with the physical exam. She provided information that I expect will be helpful once I have had time to review it. However, her follow-up message regarding my lab results focused on my elevated A1C and did not address my significantly low magnesium level, even though magnesium was listed as a value of interest on the visit summary. In addition, some other results were marked as "low" or "abnormal" but did not appear to be addressed at the time of this report.This visit also raised additional concerns related to my appointment with Dr. Thomas Edwards in the ENT department in late January. Dr. Torres informed me that I have a deviated septum affecting my left sinus canal, which had not been previously communicated during my visit with Dr. Edwards. During that visit, he only noted that if I proceeded with cryoablation, most of the time would be spent numbing the left side due to narrowing.

My doctor of 50 years just retired and I have been trying to find one that I could click with like her and I found it with Dr Torres. She's wonderful.

Dr. Torres asked about the issue I had and understood my problem I had with the medication and recommended something different. I had a few more questions and she answered them all thoroughly.

This was my first visit with Dr. Torres. She was up-to-date with my transferred medical records and walked me through all of my issues. She discussed my medications and set up lab work. I am very pleased that I have Dr. Torres as my PCP.

I came for a 6 month check up because I was needing to get my Prolia injection, which I get every 6 months. I was informed by the doctor that she was unable to write an order for that and that I would have to make an appointment with another doctor to get that done. My previous doctor did this for me and now I am having problems getting this done. When I called and made the appointment with Dr. Torres I explicitly said that this is the main reason I wanted to see the doctor.

Dr. Torres puts the C in Care !!! The A in Amazing, the R in Respect and the E in Empathy. She truly cares about her patients and she is knowledgeable !!!! I've finally found a provider who listens.. I am not just an RVU and treated like a person. She explains things at a level I can understand and she speaks to me like I'm a person.

She and her team have forwarded appointment reminders for each element of follow-up care we talked about. Much more thorough and all-encompassing than my prior primary physician.
