I told the doctor about a problem I was having, and all the meds that I had been using to treat it. Instead of listening to me about what had not worked, she prescribed me something I told her I had used and it had not worked. Ortega did not stop talking long enough for me to explain my problem. She did not remember that I had been to see her before with these same issues. While thats not her fault, this office should do a better job of documenting. So so disappointed that I even came to this appointment given that I left in the same amount of pain I came in, with no solution. Cannot believe a doctor is willing to talk over her patient and then not even give thought to what I said had not worked.

Dr. O just doesn't have good bedside manner. The visit is rushed, she talks fast, and I am older and would like someone who took a little extra time to get to know me. The office picked her for me when I told them my issues but I think I would have been better with someone else. Not sure I can switch...it's been 6 months.

Dr. Ortega is AMAZING and very professional!I feel that she gives excellent care. She listens to all my answers and gives amazing follow up questions! She explains all my blood work and discusses any concerns!Her "bedside manner" makes me feel very comfortable discussing any medical concerns with her!

This was the best visit we have had in a few months. She was not using the AI app and spoke directly to us and not the phone. She was 100% engaged, made eye contact and it was a great visit.

The provider was very competent and professional, but overall she seemed rushed and impersonal. I did not think that she wanted to know me or slow down to have a genuine conversation about my health. Also, the tone (authoritative and too loud) and tempo (fast) of her voice urged efficiency, not personal connection. She was responsive to questions I raised, but she did not provide the warmth or time for me to formulate questions in response to her comments. The entire visit seemed to prioritize speed rather than a relationship or genuine exchange of thoughts. I feel sorry for someone with with so much training who is essentially a traffic director. That hardly feels like the practice of human medicine. My vets for my pets have taken more time to know me than I received from the contacts at this visit--despite their competence and professionalism. I did not feel card for as a unique person.

I was in and out quickly. It seems she had not looked at my chart and knew nothing about me. She asked all the questions that she needed to check the boxes.

Dr. Came in again to examine different parts but overall don't understand my frustration that I am going through rounds. There are no treatment available NOR anyone takes it to their shoulder to have hospital handle it.

Dr. Ortega Fonte was very professional and courteous. She was knowledgeable. She showed concern for me. I am grateful for her kindness and her attention to finding the best treatment. She listened.

Dr. Ortega-Fonti - met for first time as several in Acworth had recommended her Highly.I am so glad I found her! Terrific personality. She has vast knowledge about all the maladies this cute little 85 yr old lady has.

I really like Dr Ortega. However at this appointment she seemed distracted by using the Emory AI app and I felt like she was talking to the app and not to me. She was not as personable as she usually is. It sounded like she was following a script. I hope the next visit goes better.

Dr. Ortega is caring, professional and always ask you questions about what concerns I might have, so she can assist me better.

My appt was on Friday afternoon. My text results were available on Saturday morning Dr Ortega sent a prescription to my pharmacy that morning. I have never had a doctor for that. I appreciate her concern for me and going beyond to take care of my medical needs.
