NP Kirsten was wonderful. She listened to what I had to say, and answered my questions. She said she would check with Dr. Khan regarding one of my queries, and call me back with their response, and she did. She was very knowledgeable regarding my questions.

She was nice enough, but I could tell that she didn't understand how I was feeling and she was not very reassuring. I was beside myself when I left there, and I am typically not a very emotional person. I have a tremendous fear of recurrence and wanted to talk through that but finding out the costs of the appointments would be thousands of dollars sent me spiraling. I now have to find a new oncology group because I cannot get anyone to assist me with the billing issues. I've been with this practice for 9 years and never had this problem until now.
