Dr. Kinsey-Gotier was professional. She explained everything to me. She gave me information on helping with my diabetes.

The doctor monopolized the conversation about my sore throat by telling me about this season causing many patients to suffer with allergies, post nasal drip, etc, stating the obvious. I tried to explain that this is not a normal sore throat for me, and she just talked over me. I was not being heard or acknowledged, and I told her that she didn't seem to want to hear me. I was discouraged that I was seeing a doctor, yet not being heard by her as I tried to explain what was happening in my body.

I've been to this office a couple of times for a physical . The docs always seem unhappy and my last appointment I had to keep fishing for information on where to get an X-ray . She told me to get an x ray as if I know x ray places off the top of my head . Usually providers will refer to someone specific for your area.
