Dr. Thompson took the time to listen to all my health problems and did not rush to get me out of the clinic as did some of the other Emory doctors in this practice.

PCPs are hard to find. Dr. Thompson was excellent. So happy she is a part of Emory and that I found her before she has to stop taking new patients.

Dr. Thompson seems great and the staff was very good (except the lab tech who left 5 patients In the waiting room while he/she was on a 1 hour lunch break. (Seems easy to post those times, Inform patients or find coverage) Staff at desk did not even seem to know when lab tech would return. I make appointments at the same clinic for my 93 yo father. Little to no follow through on orders written by MDs at times. Calling to check on progress of orders (ie.,lab tests, RXs, ultrasound, durable medical equipment)leads to messages with no return call in a timely manner and staff frustration because they don't know. Finally, we have resorted to visiting the clinic and standing there to get the answers we need. The front desk always seems to find the right person, which we appreciate.

This was the most comprehensive primary care visit I've ever had. I really liked Dr. Thompson and I'm glad we've started a plan to get me more on track with my health.
