Care provider discussion of proposed treatment of Genetic to be done after surgery; can only handle one thing at a time. Again, my immediate and desire first is to take care of Breast Cancer and I understand US Axilla.

Dr Kalinsky took time to not only check my breasts but also referred me to others who can help me with some other medical issues that I am experiencing. Because he took the time to message the recommended providers, I heard from them within a day.I have received excellent care from Dr Kalinsky and his staff, as well as from everyone he has referred me to, so I have changed my providers to those within Emory's system.

Enjoyed my visit. I felt like I had say in my care. Everything was explained and made me feel I was in the right place.

I heard for the first time I provided talk about the two year follow up for me coming back every three months just for a consultation. I like the follow up procedure and I especially appreciate the attention, but I really think I would've liked to heard about this sometime earlier, as opposed to at this end of treatment celebratory time. It was new information that caused a little bit of angst because it was new and today was all about my ringing the bell, but with an added layer information about the next two years being the point of highest risk if my cancer were to reoccur, I know it's hard to figure out when to share information. But perhaps a little sooner prior to the end of my treatment would be received a little better.

I already have referred others to Dr Kalinsky. He clearly knows his field. He listens well, offers thorough information, and is unfailingly friendly and comforting when necessary. I could not have designed a better physician as I go through this experience.

Dr Kalinsky has the ability to communicate with his patients in a way that demonstrates concern and compassion. He has the knowledge but is also blessed with a "bedside manner" when talking to patients and their families.

Physician was thorough with explanation of treatment; included me in matters of the discussion showed concern for clarity; made necessary referrals follow of a previous referral for what can be Included In treatment. Had team members come In to discuss medication information; had social worker come in to discuss home health care meal delivery and follow-up with an agency with whom I am registered with for other pertinent matters.

Dr. Kalinsky is a great doctor, very detailed and caring. He showed he looked at my case before meeting me and put some thoughts on it even during Christmas. He explained clearly his thoughts and plan, used data to show us the effectiveness of certain therapy, and answered all our questions without rushing us. He is an excellent doctor! So glad that I chose him!
