I love my doctor. She talks and listens to me! I can tell that she is hearing me by her follow up questions. I told her about a study that I was reading about and ask her about her knowledge of and what she thought about it. From the beginning she and the Fellows that worked with her, took copious notes and asked questions and when they left and came back in with the doctor I could tell they had discussed my conversations because the doctor addressed each of my concerns. It all boils down to patients wanting to know their doctor is in a partnership with them and care about their health and wellbeing. I feel like that about my Rheum team!

I'm a BIG fan of the Doctor. She's patient, always takes the time to answer questions, is very kind and has concern for me - she has from the very first time I met her. I can't say enough good things - and I'm very picky. You need more just like her and her team

Dr. Kelly Kaysen, is one young blessing to Emory's medical staff. As a senior patient, I trust that she will always give me and others the best medical service and information. She doesn't mind showing compassion, explaining procedures and test results, medications and giving a physical touch or arm rub to calm questioning of treatments, and she takes time to listen and care. She's an asset to Emory. I really like her. Give her a raise 2. All medical people all over the world are God's blessings to mankind. And I thank God for Dr. Kaysen and Emory's entire staff.

I've been with Dr. Kaysen for a couple of years now. My case is complex, but she has done everything possible to aid in my recovery. Prior to Covid, I was pretty healthy. I've since had an uphill battle. Despite setbacks, I think we've both been optimistic. She always discusses the plan in a great detail and she ensures I'm in agreement. I do not like to compare, but she should know that it has made all the difference in the world to me. You don't get that with every provider. She has been consistent, thorough, and always follows up. I don't expect providers to follow up on labs sooner than 48 hours. However, she exceeds that expectation. She always sends a quick message in the portal to explain test results and if further action is needed. This is not something I asked for. She just does it!!! It may not seem like a big deal, but when your world has been turned upside down like mine has, it puts your mind at ease. By all accounts, Dr. Kaysen CARES and it shows in her work. Her dedication is palpable. If this makes it to her desk, I hope she knows that she has been a much a part of my mental wellbeing as she has been my rheum wellbeing! I'm grateful for providers like her.
