The audiologist was amazing. She was extremely thorough and explained in detail the issue I was having With tinnitus. She was compassionate and very kind. It was obvious that she was concerned about providing Excellent clinical care. I felt very well taken care of.

She not only responded to my questions during the appointment but was also quick to respond to me on my chart with follow up questions.

Kelly say with after the testing was complete and went over everything. She made it easy to understand and had good answers to all of my questions. She went so far as to research what my insurance would cover and followed up with me at a later date. Excellent service.
