NP Katrina Bell explain everything very well. Looked over my chart very well to see when I was due for other medical appointments. She is an asset to Emory at Eagles Landing.

During the Video, it seems like mrs Bell was reading off of another patient's chart. She explained to me that MyChart was the best way to contact her. I tried multiple times to get a prescription refill and clarify appointments with physical therapy. It appears that she doesn't understand stand inries system of healthcare as far as matching up the patient's needs with the physical therapy location offering.

Based on the right sided lower abdominal/pelvic and back pain symptoms I was presenting yesterday, PA Bell gave great assessment and follow-up recommendations. I had the x-rays today @ 11:00 AM., and was told that the results would be available In about a week. I asked for a copy of the x-ray and was given a disc copy.
