Dr. Tunnell was wonderful, very caring, considerate, and patient-centered. A definite asset to the outpatient staff.

Doctor gave very swift assessment with little information from me about my injury. I had to backtrack with her on suggested treatment plan to discover other options. Gave no indication about treatment timelines at all even though they are 1-3 years for full recovery...completely failed to make me aware of that until I asked. Refused to give steroid and MRI without give clear indication why...just that she would not do it. Overall felt very rushed, under assessed and under informed. There was also a resident in attendance which makes this even more confusing how this could be a model for training. The clinic did not appear to be busy at all...in fact it was empty of patients from what I could tell.

The care provider was compassionate, attentive and accommodating. She took the time to listen and address my concerns.

Dr. Tunnel was knowledgeable and helpful. She offered a range of ideas/suggestions/solutions.
