Dr.Belinfante has been my PCP for several years. She has always shown concern for my health and I trust her to provide the best of care. I have experienced difficulty in speaking with her about health issues. Seems routine is totaled info to nurse, she consults with doctor and relates response. I do not like this approach. I am not a person to call my doctor with every little ache /pain. Therefore when I call I feel I should be able to speak directly with my PCP. I understand doctor may need to return my call later and that is okay unless my call is an emergency situation. Rant over!!!

I have seen Dr. Belinfante several times over the past two years for a continuing problem. She is always pleasant and helpful. Of the many doctors I have seen during that time, she is the only one who always explains things well.

Dr. BELINFANTE has been my doctor for over15 years. I've noticed a change since she changed facilities. I feel like a number and there the care is not there anymore. This is the 2nd time I've mentioned being congested and she tells me to continue with over the counter treatment, instead of prescribing an antibiotic or zpack...and she puts on a mask when I told her about my throat hurting and congestion. Ive mentioned my knee issues almost every visit and and no referrals for treatment, but because im obese she tells me to workout. I don't feel heard. And I would hate to have to start over with a new physician, but I've been considering changing to a different doctor.

When I am in need of medical care, I make the drive over to my doctors office which is about 30 minute or more when there is a hospital and doctors 2 miles from my home.
