The NP was very professional and engaging. She listened well, explained the symptoms, course of action including lifestyle change and medication and possible expected results. A follow-up appointment was booked before leaving the office. Prescription was at pharmacy the same day.

I Really Love this location (7823 Spivey Station Blvd Ste 100 Jonesboro GA 30236) it works well for me. Everyone is very courteous every time I visit. NP Karan Dietz-Lindo is the 2nd Dr. In the US that's been nothing more than Extremely Awesome in every way. The examination and concerns and explanation pertaining to my issues has been great. She makes things plainly to understand. She's been very helpful. She's the kind of person that is always a keeper in my book.

Most through gastro appt I've ever had. Very impressive! Friendly, great explanations, I'd make another appt.

I wish I started my treatment a lo g time ago. This location, I felt comfortable

I'm very comfortable with the entire staff they make a visit to the doctors office very comfortable and they take the edge off. If there is an edge, I would go nowhere else.

Every thing was good

She spent at least 30 minutes with me. I felt heard, seen, and assured.

I still haven't heard back after my bloodwork, breath test and ct scan and that is affecting this rating because I've received the bloodwork and breath test result but the practice has not and I've had no reassurance that any follow up has been done to try and get my results.

Karan Dietz-Lindo NP has always been very open, sympathetic, efficient to my questions and needs. She is a 10.

Dr.Dietz Lindo hit some very good spots with me. Going over what the plan of Care would be she may be the problem solver I've been needing Thank God!!! Acid reflex is no joke she is an angel she has set up everything to make me more comfortable and I sure appreciate that it's already starting to work just for the medicine for this the acid reflux so much sweetie thank you so much!!!!!
