About the Provider

Kapil Bhatia, MD is originally from Marietta, Georgia. He completed his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish from Emory University and then earned his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. His residency in Internal Medicine was at Morehouse School of Medicine where he was selected Chief Resident, followed by his cardiology fellowship at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

His clinical interests include cardiovascular imaging including Coronary CT and preventative cardiology including cardiometabolic disease and lipid management. 

Dr. Bhatia lives in Johns Creek with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his local Atlanta sports teams, and traveling.

Interpretive Services

    Dr. Bhatia did a good job. He advised to go to the ER and was eventually admitted. My room was 1 floor above their. I've been Dr. Robertson's patient for 10+ years. I assumed someone from his office, doctor, PA, nurse, etc., would take 5 minutes and stop in. No one did.
