I had an excellent experience with the nurses and my practitioner. I loved Kaela. She asked the right questions, listened to my concerns and shared clear explanations for my symptoms. She was also very considerate in making sure I understood everything and in discussing the treatment options.

She ask if I was inserting the cream. I said, what else would you do with it? She tactfully made sure I was inserting it and not just smearing it as she said some do.

I could not have asked for more.

Kaela White communicated well, was knowledgeable, and addressed my questions. She is very professional and respectful.

The patience I was shown was comforting. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable about asking questions about things I did not understand. I thought that she really cared about how I was feeling.

The provider, Kaela White, was awesome! She had clearly taken the time to familiarize herself with all of my health issues, etc. Prior to meeting with me. She is very detail oriented and knowledgeable and has a sweet, compassionate personality. A breath of fresh air in the medical field.

I am not happy the new doctor is not yet on board as I do have an issue requiring surgery in the near future. However Nurse White seemed knowledgeable about my problem.

Kaela was an absolute delight to talk with. My wife and I both enjoyed our visits and feel very comfortable with her. I use WellStar for most all of my medical needs, however I am switching to Emory for my Urology needs.

As I said before, the in person team members are very good and that's greatly appreciated!

Provider was very dispassionate when delivering information and answering questions

Caregiver apparently had not read my medical history except for the body system she specializes. She seemed surprised when mentioned a significant past history. I was concerned that a medication she recommended might have side effects that could mimic a past medical issue. I might have been unduly concerned and did not have confidence that she was informed enough to address my concern. Instead, another medication was chosen with the proviso of lab monitoring in 6 months.

NP Kaela White is excellent - she listens, asks questions about the condition, communicates so a non medical person like me understands, allows me to ask questions and answers the questions and explains what all the next steps are. I have a great deal of confidence in her professional abilities and was glad they let me make an appointment with her instead of the doc they were recommending for my emergency room follow up.

They were truly caring and really wanted to help me get better.

She was polite and explained all treatment available and offered me other options to treatment.

The care provider was accompanied by another doctor which in hindsight was a distraction. There were so many questions and concerns I had following the visit and time to reflect

I was impressed and grateful for the extent to which she assessed and discussed causation of my particular symptoms and circumstances, multiple UTIs in a short period of time, post-menopausal issues.

My mom saw the NP Kayla White and she was absolutely amazing! Her bedside manner, professionalism, education of the diagnosis, customer service, gentleness during the exam were all excellent! Kayla is very friendly and people oriented. We would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She took time to explain the medical issue as well as what the options were. She did not rush us and she answered all of our questions with ease. If I could give her a 10 that is what I would give. She absolutely deserves a 10 in my book!

Since my Mother has Dementia Kaela tended to talk above what she could understand during the medical discussions otherwise she was very Personable. I would highly recommend her!

Not only is she friendly & approachable and easy to have a good rapport with, she took the time to listen to what I had to say and provide information in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like I learned something without being lectured or spoken down to. I highly recommend her!
