I was very pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Challa.

She is truly the best experience I have ever had at Emory. She listens and looks for ways to resolve your issues instead of rushing you out the door like a number. I feel heard.

I always look forward to my visit with her! She is very knowledgeable and shows great concern for my well being. She has the best bedside manner!!

Jyo listened to my concerns and followed up on previous conditions. She also set my current health concerns as top priority and postponed a yearly appointment until 3 months out. She also made referrals to specialists for various issues I shared. Overall, she is an asset to Emory and a capable, caring provider to patients. She did say one of my conditions could be caused by inflammation but did not go into detail about what could be causing the inflammation.

Labs are done to detect how the body and overall health is doing. If labs come back abnormal the year prior and no followup appointment is given thats not good. The following year the samething happens and no followup is offered, then something isn't right. Abnormalaties need to be addressed ASAP.

Say Challa is attendant and helpful in person. However it is very frustrating to get her to respond to direct portal questions when asking for advice/direction after having tests made or any other after care questions. .
