All of my interactions with Dr Cheeley were professional and pleasant and completely resolved my issues.

Dr. Cheeley and I discussed my care together. I told him my concerns and he listened, and shared his concerns. Together, we discussed talking with pain management about a plan for my excessive itch due to the implant of the nerve stimulator, that caused theItching. I was not tested before the implant was placed In my back. Afterward, I found out that I was allergic to nickel.

Very good. Professional and detailed, addressed all my concerns. I have no issue with Physican, he did very good job. But the exam did require him to examine sensitive areas. I think the clinic should protect their clinicians better by having a nurse or tech chaperone those types of exams. This would be an investment in the safety of the Physican or provider, given how people can say anything nowadays with cancel culture. Set them up for success.

My visit was the first time Dr. Cheeley and he was very professional yet comforting in his care. I was a bit surprised at the method / style he used for injection / needle pricks in numbing the area on my back. He would tap the area to distract me from the puncture which truly made it comfortable and less stressing for me. He showed respect and care during the procedure. I was quite impressed.

If there were a higher rating than "very good," it would be my choice.

Dr. Ceelay is the best doctor ever. His bedside manner and ability to listen patiently and explanation about treatment, system or any other advice is phenomenally impressive and super helpful.

Since I was not feeling well, I didn't have time to completely discuss my concern. Dr.Cheeley has promptly answered my patient portal follow-up questions.In these unsettled times, the clinic should support the staff by giving them more time, and support the patients by giving more assistance.

I was initially seen by a resident and then the Doctor. Both were excellent.

Dr. Cheeley needed to screen my genitals and anus for an autoimmune disease. He very respectfully asked for both areasi if it would be ok to look at them. However, he touched my labia/inner labia without warning. I think a standard warning/question of "can I touch you here" or "I'm going to touch you here" is very appropriate. I don't think it was intentional, but it's something Dr. Cheeley should be aware of, especially with female patients.

This doctor is too busy with patients who have bigger issues. My small concerns are big to me. I needed simple care but I did not feel cared for here.

The only reason I would not recommend Dr. Cheeley to others is because it is extremely hard to schedule an appointment to see him. He is booked far out at all times. Otherwise, I respect his advice in dealing with my skin conditions.
