The nurse practitioner and the doctor both were fabulous! Both took their time, asked me questions, listened to my concerns, and were respectful. I never felt rushed or as if my concerns weren't important. Very pleased with the visit.

Complaint thtat while he may be good at his job and is now addressing the issuse. Ive raised this consurn in other appt. And its only being taken seriously after the site has worsen.Do not like that after the exam of the site he forcefully patted and squeezed my hurt shoulder. His need to be knee to knee after examining is weird and he wear too tight of pants.Would like a tech, nurse or 3rd party next visit to stay in the room.

Dr. Gutierrez is an amazing doctor. He really takes time to listen to my concerns/symptoms and gave constructive feedback regarding my specific, and very complex, circumstances. He also included me in conversations regarding next possible steps for me outside of neurosurgery. He is also very honest and transparent, which is something that is highly lacking in doctors nowadays. I highly value this transparency so that I am not continuously "strung along" like so many other doctors tend to do.

During my visit, Dr Gutierrez explained the test results, which were understood to order an EMG to know exactly how and why the sciatica pain is occurring from lower lumbar. Dr Gutierrez is a very knowledgeable physician that I appreciate in caring for all the patients that is served under his care.

Already recommended Dr G to a friend. She has had her surgery and is doing very good and is pleased with the results and Dr G and nurses and staff. Would not hesitate to recommend Emory, doctors and staff.

I feel like he is running me around in circles...every time I see him, he wants a new test. I conpleted the test 2 week that he asked for, and the test were normal, now he wants another test. I am in pain at the level of 9.

Outstanding visit!!!Showed me multiple MRI and CT scan images of my spine and took time to explain all test results and a path forward.
