Dr Khouri is the best

When I spoke about my concerns the Doctor was dismissive until I could show him pictures of my issues. As for my questions about my wife's pregnancy and preparation he told me It was hers to be concerned with not me.

He tells me nothing about lab results. Told me to take low dose asprine but NOTHING more. Just "take it, good for you". No info about p ast lab numbers.

I love Dr. Kouri as my primary care doctor. He is so knowledgeable and he listens to my concerns and tells it like it is which is what I need from a primary care physician and we love to talk about cruises . He's relatable to me.

Dr. Khouri is my main Man. He's like a Stepfather making sure I'm ok.

Overall, it was fine, and I'm sharing these comments solely with the intention of helping improve the service even more. Since it was an annual check-up, I would have appreciated a bit more time and attention. The exam lasted less than fifteen minutes, and at least from my perspective, there was no follow-up on the diagnoses I had received the previous year. Honestly, I felt that the doctor was simply following a protocol, but I didn't feel that he was truly engaged with me.

Dt. Joseph Khouri was very professional, It was great to have met him and that he is going to be setting up my Libre 3 arm monitor every two weeks with a Nurse Visit at your clinic starting in two weeks from today.

Dr Khouri reviewed my health issues with me and explained a plan of action in terms I could understand. Thank you.

There is a reason I have seen Dr. Khouri since 1989. He is a rock star! Straight shooter, not a pill pusher, honest and tells you how it is. Is always willing to listen to your concerns, but will always provide feedback where they may be flawed. Best doctor that I have had in my lifetime. Totally trust Dr. Khouri.

Dr. Khouri answered my questions in a respectful manner, never talking down to me. He provided very clear & good information.

Doctor spends <2 min with me every time I come in, never reads the charts. Makes comments on blood work suggesting things he previously did and we spoke about and took alternative options, and ignores progress being made making incorrect recommendations (i.e. I have been taking 2000 IU of Vitamin D for 18 months, per his recommendation at the 2023 appointment, numbers went up in 2024, down in 2025. He said "you need to start taking Vit D"). He completely ignored the charts and information that I had already been taking it. I had to reply back, remind him to read the chart and then he came back and recommended taking 4000 IU

Doctor rushed through. I feel a physical should be more than a quick check of swelling, heart, and lung, especially for my conditions.

Because, Dr.Khouri didn't listen to my concerns about adding the 6th blood pressure medication. I told I felt 6 medications were too much. Then, he didn't return to explain to me. Why???

Dr. Khouri has a tendency to display lack of interests and willingness to accommodate questions and discussion pertaining to my personal health. He seems impetuous, impatient and indifferent towards during my last three visits to his office. I feel totally undermined because I wait 4 to 5 to meet with him and he barely gives me three minutes of attention and he starts stepping out of the door. Disgusting. Did not attempt to listen to me and rushed me out with no plan other than to take otc medication, not knowing if it was appropriate for my situation or not. No care was shown for my struggles or the constant symptoms I had been struggling with. I felt rushed out and was charged more than the visit was worth. Will probably not go back to this clinic and will try and find one who is more personable and willing to help me with my health.

The first thing that Dr. Khouri asked me when he walked Into the exam room was "why are you here"? He was the one who told me to make a follow up visit about a month after my first visit with him. He should have know why I was there. After asking me several questions about my wellbeing, he told me that I would start to feel better "when you start forgetting about your husband" and that "if you meet a man you are interested in, you should be open to it". I find those comments to be incredibly offensive since my husband passed away, suddenly, only 4 months ago, after 41 years of marriage. To me, it was inconsiderate, uncompassionate and unprofessional. Everyone "moves on" at their own pace. I might possibly understand those comments if a year or two had gone by and I was staying home and not getting out and doing things but I had already told him that I was playing cards once a week, mah jongg twice a week, having lunch or dinner with friends and neighbors and participating in other social activities on a regular basis. To even suggest that I "forget" my husband is, In my opinion, deplorable.

Had a problem needed medicine to help my condition gave but I can not my medicine until next week, so I had to to cbs for more over the counter to try help my condition which had not help much yet. I need to go to urgent care for help for some medicine . Thanks

Dr. Kouri did not listen at all to my concerns. When asking questions he told me to "google it." Before I could even finish my questions he was walking out the door. The visit note is an absolute lie: he did not listen to my heart or lungs, he did not assess my musculoskeletal system. Will never see this doctor again.

Dr. Khouri was very personable, and talked with me about my health. There was an issue with the MyChart which reported a health issue that I obviously did not have. He corrected this. The assistant was also very pleasant! This was a first meeting to establish care.
