This N/P n/p Clay no only told me what she thought, but she also suggested a completely different cause for the problem that no one had mentioned to me before. I was in the hospital with the same problem 3 weeks before this visit with n/p Clay. I am looking forward to working with her.

Overall, the follow-up appointment was beneficial and I was able to have all of my medical questions answered. However, I was slightly displease by the fact that I was kept waiting in the telehealth video link for 25 minutes past my appointment time for the NP to finally join the call, which was then completed in less than 10 min. If it is a requirement that patients join the link early to ensure on-time "arrival" to their appointment, I believe the healthcare providers should be held to the same standard. At the very least, there should be a notice that they will be late rather than letting the situation get to the point where I needed to call to make sure I was not forgotten about. It is worth noting, the receptionist was kind and helpful during my call to see if the NP was still available for my appt.

Every thing was excellent everyone was so nice and friendly and it wasn't as busy as the Emory close to my house if I could to this one all the time I would but I don't have the gas and that's an hour and half away.
