    I love Dr. Glass!

It was and still is an emotionally difficult time for us, wrapping our heads around the gravity of the situation. Dr. Glass, the initial intern/resident who checked me out, were very thorough in gathering info, utilizing the MRI, bloodwork and whatever other info ascertained, gave us the bottom line, without sugar coating, which, while difficult to hear, was appreciated in moving forward. They were all compassionate and professional in discussing what was happening, what will be happening, meds and possible reactions, plans for treatment, instructions to be given for occupational therapy planned, instructions about 2 exercises to do at home to help even given the purported progression of this disease. We'd rather be armed with as much information as possible as well as being given information about support resources.

Dr. Glass and his team provided the most comprehensive medical visit in my adult life. Thorough, direct, honest, compassionate, supportive and informative. We came away with numerous resources and more than we can potentially avail ourselves of.

The staff was awesome, they were very compassionate towards me and my husband. Coming in to the ALS clinic is a scary thing by itself. All the care that I received during my visit was outstanding. I was given a wealth of information about ALS, I was given a wealth of information about support, and a wealth of information about financial assistance. Dr glass, his PA, the social worker, the nurses, the guy that took my blood, and the research nurse that came in to talk to me about doing research were all so kind and helpful. I can say without a doubt that that was the best experience I've had from a provider and the staff that I've ever had. I'm not scared like I was because I know that they are going to be there for me and not abandon me. Thank you so much for all that you do; thank you so much. I love y'all!

They all make it clear that there is no hope for improvement and every change is an indication of how ALS will continue to move along to a final ending.
