Dr. X is an exceptional physician. He is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Provided a thorough explanation and answered all my questions. I felt so much after seeing him. He is outstanding in every way!!

Only complaint I have was a cortisone shot was given but I wasn't informed that surgery wouldn't be an option for 3 months after. I wish I would had known. Other than that, he was wonderful at explaining my options. I really appreciate his time.

Dr. John William Xerogeanes told me, a 27-year-old mother and college student, that I can live without my ACL. I asked him if I could work, and he recommended that I get a desk job, not even knowing my career field. I felt like he put me in a box. I am a heavier female with a short stature, and he said, and I quote, "I don't want to do the surgery if you're not going to do the work." This was his first time ever meeting me. This was the first time that I had my leg examined by someone who could operate on me, and this is what I was told. It was very hard to get an appointment with him, only to be told to come back in six weeks, when he would determine if he wanted to repair my completely torn ACL. He suggested that, in the meantime, I start physical therapy or go to the gym and begin working on my leg myself.

Dr. John Xerogeanes is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is very patient and does not jump into surgery right away. He took his time on my knee and even though he was sure that my meniscus was good. But he took my concerns seriously and offered me alternative diagnosis for me to have the piece of mind. I can not thank him enough. You don't see a lot of doctors like him out there. I would highly recommend him for any one looking for a great care of their knees. The whole team was fabulous and super nice and supportive.
