NP Jodi Roberts is absolutely AMAZING! I have been trying to get an appointment with the pain clinic for months. I was referred over there by the Shepherd Center months ago to have a spinal cord stimulator trial and I have called several times to schedule. I am told I will get a call back, but never do. I told her about this and within 24 hours I had a call from the pain clinic and an appointment scheduled. I am so grateful for Jodi and her team. Jodi is beyond accommodating for her patients and remembers everything about them. She is the type of provider, I hope to be one day! Her clinical team Is also fabulous. They work together very well.

The best treatment

A urine sample was collected and I was prescribed a medication before the results were given. I picked up the medication today and found out that it doesn't resolve the possible cause of the medical problem. I sent message to Ms Roberts and told her that I'm not taking this medication until the lab results confirm the problem. I asked her if my doctor,whom I've never seen, concur with her decision. I find this to be very alarming.
