My experience with the doctor was very disappointing. He was not kind and did not explain anything about my care or findings. I felt rushed and unheard during the visit. Because of this experience, I will not be seeing this doctor again.

While I truly appreciate getting me in to be seen so short notice. The visit felt rushed. I was concerned that the provider left one patient then to me with no face mask or gloves. I think numerous risk jeopardize speed.

He has a horrible "bed side manner". I would not return or refer anyone to him. Although he seems smart, he does not have a caring attitude. This was by far my worst experience with an Emory eye doctor. I actually completed my annual eye exam with a Non-Emory eye doctor closer to home. I made this appointment with Emory when I had this concern because I typically rely on Emory doctors to be the "best". I was truly disappointed.

Dr. Nguyen was okay but he didn't explain what he was doing or why he was it or what to expect while he was doing it. He made feel very uncomfortable. He needs to work on his bedside manners a lot

I came to Emory for my annual eye exam. Dr Anderson was my Dr for many years. She retired and recommended Dr Nguyen. I need a professional Dr to make sure I received the correct prescription. He did not check my eyes nor did he make sure the prescription was correct. I was with him 2mins. I need a thorough examination. I am disappointed in Emory. I was accustomed to a thorough yearly examination with Dr Anderson for many years.I need someone to calll me. I called the office Friday and a Supervisor was supposed to call me. This is unacceptable

This was my first visit with Dr Nuygen, for annual diabetics eye exam! It was all good, but he reviewed diabetic eye care and special needs, told me what to look for! Very Personable and Caring Doctor

While professional, I think he was having a bad morning based on the vibes he was giving off. I tried to following up with him to complete some paperwork concerning the visit. I sent the paperwork a month before the visit.
