I have no problem at all.

Dr. Jeremy Jones explained the surgery, what to expect, risk as opposed to the benefits, and made sure we felt comfortable to have the surgery.

Again, I was there primarily for the Corneal abrasion. We discussed mainly what would be discussed during a 6 month visit. I fid ask about the corneal abrasion and it was stated at that time completely healed ny Dr Jones. I described to the nurse that my blurred vision was a concern.

Dr Jones was complete and professional. Good experience with him. Only caveat was that sunglasses were not made available or mentioned after eyes dilated. Luckily, I had a pair of sunglasses in my car.

Dr. Jeremy Jones is UNIQUE! His ability to describe your ailment and the approach to care makes it so much less stressful. Also Dr. Jones was the one I took mom to many years ago because I felt her previous eye doctor missed something. Dr. Jones found the issue and made sure mom got treated properly. For me, he went through all my background information to assess risk and put me at ease!

Everyone in that eye clinic was professionally trained. Very cautious.

Because they were not running behind schedule, time was taken to update me on treatment and discuss future treatment possibilities. This has not been the case in a couple of years due to overbooking.

Dr. Jones is the best. He listens to your concerns and explains things so you don't leave confused. He's a top 10.

I felt like my doctor was too busy and overwhelmed with patients. He wanted to take the time, but simply did not have the time to take.

Dr. Jones recommended what he wanted to do on the next visit. Strange: in checking out and getting a 6-month appointment, ... the lady said he did not have a 2036 schedule. She said to call in January. Hard to believe! I'll follow up..

From the time of check in to seeing Dr. Jones and checking out; a total of 50 minutes. I was shocked, surprised and felt like a valued patient. A feeling when accustomed to 3-4 hour appointments was a record . A record I hope can be repeated.

I was told by the doctor was so rushed and behind schedule. He is only allowed 8 minutes per person.

I would recommend Dr. Jones without hesitation, however with the caveat that the wait times are always more than an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, and even up to 3 hours, which is ridiculous.

There was little to explain. Current treatment the best that can be done.

Dr. Jones is an outstanding specialist, and I consider myself very fortunate to have him guide me through my ordeal with glaucoma and other visual disorders.. However, during examinations, he dictates his notes and comments to a Reigner using abbreviations, leaving me with no idea whatsoever as to what he's finding that would be OK if he then explained to me what he found, but he doesn't do that. Instead, I have to read the notes of the exam from MyChart without any opportunity to ask follow on questions.

Again I will literate that the weight process for Dr Jones was a long process and if he was going to be a way I wish there was some way of informing us for the patience that they were going to be an hour wait

Dr Jones is WONDERFUL! He's extremely knowledgeable. And he is great at explaining everything, letting you know what to worry about and what not to worry about, letting you know what to expect, and patiently answering questions.

Just so happened this incident is somewhat about my eyes Dr Jone's discussed my situation if I wanted to wait until my heath get better

I was told 6 mo ago that this appointment would involve dilation if my eyes. That had not been done for a few years. This procedure was not done.MD recommended cataract surgery as my cataracts qualify. I am not ready to do so.
