My presentation had some complicating factors and she took the time think through them all and come up with a multi-pronged approach to investigating more potential root causes as well as treat the symptoms. Dr. Zreloff is wonderful. I've been seeing her for many years and she continues to provide excellent care. Warm, caring and very knowledgeable. One of the main reasons I continue to use Emory Healthcare for primary care services. Unfortunately I can't say the same for specialty services. Since patients are charged for physician and hospital fees, I'll be leaving my longtime (20+ years) rheumatologist, Dr. Waltuck, due to the ridiculous hospital charges. I'm sure this is a problem for many other patients as well. Patients are fine paying physician fees but th enormous hospital charges that insurance companies don't cover very much are now the responsibility of the patients who just had a 10-15 min follow up visit. Emory should be ashamed of themselves.
